Online Yoga with Kate

Kate has been a yoga teacher for over 10 years and she offers two yoga classes online each week.

Yoga Fusion

This is a creative class that varies each week. Some weeks will be relaxing and gentle and others will be more challenging and energetic. Kate keeps the classes fun and therapeutic and includes breath work, meditations, strengthening, stretches, relaxation and so much more to help you feel supported in body and mind.

Every Tuesday at 6:30pm

mental health yoga

A class designed to focus on supporting your mental health. You will attend to the nervous system, move your body, connect with your mind and have a space to come each week and be part of a community. This class also has a closed facebook group for those who have practiced together so they can communicate and support each other.

Every Thursday at 9:30am

1-1 Yoga with kate online

Sometimes you may want a little piece of Kate all to yourself for an hour to practice yoga that is designed for your specific needs.

As our lives are busy and packed, it can be hard to fit in your yoga practice. And on those days when you lack motivation, having your teacher to hold the space just for you can feel like a treat. A much needed hour of you time.

Kate’s 1-1 yoga sessions are classes planned for you as an individual (or a couple) and are lead sessions where she teaches, and you follow.

But you can also chat, laugh and play too!

Pricing

£50 for 1

£95 for 2 (£47.5 per class)

£180 for 4 (£45 per class)

£320 for 8 (£40 per class)

Please be aware that if you want sessions for more than 2 people there is an extra cost.
