Yoga Therapy is a vastly expanding therapeutic practice offering the opportunity to investigate not only into the physical body, but the mind, energy and emotional bodies and how they are all intertwined.
Kate has been a qualified yoga therapist from the Minded Institute since 2020 and uses extensive knowledge to welcome each client into a space of personal inquiry. Her unique approach, combining science-based research with ancient yogic teachings, involves somatic work, breathing exercises, meditations and movement practices. Constructed dependent on the client’s needs. She welcomes a variety of intentions for people wanting to explore yoga therapy, but specialises in trauma, anxiety, stress and chronic pain.
Situated in central Glasgow in Scotland but also available online via zoom.

Kate offers a free of charge Zoom session for up to 45 mins so you can get to know her and see if working together is a good fit for you and your needs. Once you have acknowledged your therapeutic needs and are happy to work together, a therapy session will be organised.
There is a new client form to be filled in before meeting in person or online.
